SHIPPING:  Finished products are generally shipped or available for download within 2 business Days of payment.  If this is not possible, the customer will receive an estimated delivery date and may choose to cancel with a full refund or to wait for delivery.  Tangible goods are shipped by US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express and are billed the actual shipping and insurance charges or less, plus in some cases, a packing and handling fee up to $5.00.  Custom products and services are delivered as specified in their respective agreements on a best efforts basis according to the estimated delivery schedules quoted.

REFUNDS:  Cancellation of order(s) for stock items before product shipment receive a full refund.  We refund the full purchase price excluding shiping and handling for all authorized returns received in good condition.  Authorization must be requested within 30 days of shipment and the returned product must be received by us within 15 days of issuing the Return Authorization.  If Products(s) are returned late or without authorization or in other than good condition (in our judgment), we will make a settlement offer which the Customer may either accept as full settlement or refuse and have the product(s) sent back to them as is.  Products damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded according to the shipper's policy and insurance, if any.
